The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is inviting the public to celebrate the grand opening of Cotoni-Coast Dairies. The BLM, which manages approximately 245 million acres of public land primarily in 12 western states, including Alaska, is dedicated to maintaining the health, diversity, and productivity of America’s public lands for the enjoyment of current and future generations.

In addition to the surface land, the BLM also administers 700 million acres of sub-surface mineral estate throughout the nation. These lands and resources contribute significantly to the nation’s economy and are a source of jobs in communities across the country.

The grand opening of Cotoni-Coast Dairies signifies another step in the BLM’s mission to provide public lands for the use and enjoyment of all. The BLM encourages everyone to join in the celebration and experience the beauty and diversity of these newly opened public lands.
