“Stage 1 Fire Restrictions Lifted by BLM Kremmling Field Office”

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kremmling Field Office has announced the rescinding of Stage 1 fire restrictions. The BLM oversees approximately 245 million acres of public land, primarily located in 12 western states, including Alaska. The organization also manages 700 million acres of sub-surface mineral estate throughout the United States.

The BLM’s mission is to maintain the health, diversity, and productivity of America’s public lands for the use and enjoyment of current and future generations. This decision to lift fire restrictions is part of their ongoing efforts to manage these lands effectively.
