The new Valley of Fire Visitor Center has officially opened its doors, thanks to a successful public-private partnership. The construction of the new facility was made possible by a $7 million grant from the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, coupled with an $8 million investment from the Conserve Nevada Program.

The visitor center aims to elevate the experience for those visiting the Valley of Fire, Nevada’s oldest and largest state park. The center will serve as a hub for education, providing visitors with insights into the unique landscapes and rich history of Nevada.
